Freshies- How long will the scent last?
Most freshies will smell for 4-6 weeks. They will lose their smell quicker during extreme temperatures and will keep their smell longer during the cooler months.
Wristlets- Are these made with elastic string?
No! All of my wristlets are actually made using steel wire. It's extremely durable and long lasting.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
As of right now we just ship within the United States. We plan to expand soon!
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times vary once they are in USPS' posession.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. Please wait 5 business days before reaching out about order status.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the custom handmade nature of this business, no returns are allowed. There are possible special circumstances approved by Emilee. Email freshhopedesignsbyem@gmail.com with any concerns.
